Shipping
The shipping destinatons are Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Finland.
It depends on when you have placed the order. If it is during the week (Mo-Thu) or Sunday evening then the items are packed and shipped within 36 hours.
On Friday afternoons and weekends you have to wait till Monday and then it is packed and shipped with 24 hours.
Packages are delivered via DHL. Once DHL accepts your package, they will send an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery time.

We currently work with just one supplier, so these rates always apply — no surprises at checkout.
So, in theory you can order just 1 tube or 1 pan of paint but the shipping fee is €5,99 if your shipping address is in Germany.
In any other countriscountries there is set a minimal order value of €45 or €35.

Yes, you can return any unused item within 14 days for free and get store credit to use on your next purchase. Simply log in, print your prepaid label, and send it back — we’ll issue your credit within 7 working days of receiving your return.
Custom-made items (including custom-sized canvases or paintbrushes) cannot be returned.
No. We process orders quickly.
At Profi Art Supplies, we’ve got the right size for every project — but please note, some larger sizes are only available by email order:
- Oil Paints – Available in 60 ml, 150 ml, and 400 ml tins (order these directly online). Extra‑large 2,500 ml buckets are only available by email order.
- Watercolors – Choose from pans of 2.6 ml or 3.5 ml (online).
- Gouaches – Available in 16 ml and 35 ml tubes (online), plus 400 ml tins only by email order.
- Pigments (24) – Only available by special request via email in 100 ml cans or 1 kg tins.
